'Windows - No Disk' err.msg on startup

Pitgull

I'm not scanning anything, I'm just starting up. I have to hit cancel again
and again - about 5 times - before this message goes away and the startup
can continue. This happens on every startup.
The body of the message is: Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters
75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c
The only thing new is that I installed a new printer (Kodak easyshare 5300
all in one - the installation was hellish) about a month ago but I can't be
sure if it's connected - I also renewed my antivirus protection and bought a
couple of games recently. I also have a couple of very annoying automatic
updates that I can't seem to shut down and set to manual - so they might be
the culprits.
Can anybody tell me what this means and is it serious?

Is anything in your startup looking to "complete" the setup by looking
for a disk?
Check your startup folde
then run msconfig to see it is attempting to start.
Make no changes, just come back and post here.

I get exactly the same error...

I cannot find what causes it neither.... :(

I have had norton installed from way before this startup error appeared....

So, I am lost for ideas....
