Flashing Cursor in Outlook 2007

Hi,

I have just installed Office 2007 and noticed that the cursor (in Outlook)
seems to constantly flash between the normal 'pointer' and the 'egg-timer'.

I have run the diagnostics application and all shows up as being OK.

Do you have any idea what is causing this annoying feature? It also seem to
be slowing down any interface with the keyboard.

Do things work correctly in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

Working in safe mode corrects the problem, but of course it returns when
outlook is started normally.

Yup, but it's a great control to check the severity of the issue ;-)
Which addins do you have installed?
Disable them all and then check Outlook again. If it works now, enable them
one by one to find the culprit.

I've just installed Office 2007 and am experiencing exactly the same problem. I've turned off all of the add-ins and re-started Outlook but it's just as before. Indescribably annoying!
