flash player doesn't work since downloading sp2

I an having problems reinstalling macromedia flash player. The download
aborts with no error message. It said download was successful 1 time, but it
still does not function at all. I had the player before I downloaded sp2,
and it worked fine.

I've resolved this problem by removing flash before trying to re-install it.

You can remove flash player by right clicking on it in
%windir%\Downloaded Program Files and choosing 'remove'. After you've
removed it, try installing it again from the site.
