Fixing "Dumping physical memory in disk" with recovery console

I am using a Compaq laptop with Windows XP. The computer does not
start up but it keeps doing the dumping physical memory in disk and
then reboots continuously. The same problem happened a couple months
ago and I was able to fix it with the recovery console by deleting and
trasferring some files. However, I lost the instruction with the
commands and I cannot find the article online.

Does anyone know what commands I am to put in in the recovery console
to fix the physical memory problem?

What error message shows up when it crashes?
