Dumping Physical Memory error

Michael

Hey guys,
My problem is that when ever i run Windows XP Pro
installation, i get an error that says

"Stop 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0xF9985AD9, 0xF9C67848,
0xF9C67548)

Dumping Physical Memory"

This has a timer that reaches at 90 seconds and then
restarts my computer. I need to reinstall windows because
i just installed a new motherboard and windows cant boot
up (possibly because of the different chipsets). What do
i do about this? Do i need more RAM? or can something be
done in BIOS.

Note: I am able to get into BIOS.

With a new motherboard you need to do a Repair Install of your Windows
XP. See http://michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm for
instructions.

Good luck
