fix my computer please

After I log in on my computer and to the internet my
computer shuts down. A message pops up saying something
about windows terminating. My computer then shuts down
and reboots. This is very annoying im trying to do
research and i cant stay on the computer for more than 10
min at a time can you help please!!! Thanks Missy
