I had no problems receiving webcam feeds from Yahoo
messenger users. Suddenly this week It does not accept
them saying that I must have a firewall preventing the
webcams. I already tried going to the control panel and
disabling all firewalls from the Network Connections.
Still no webcam feed. What else could be the problem?

Thanks!

Your ISP might be blocking that port. Sometimes ISPs
will block ports which carry a lot of traffic, and webcams
are a LOT of traffic.
