Firewall Shutdown

I have installed on several systems. Most seem to function
perfectly but on three systems so far out of about 10 the
windows firewall is disabled and unable to start. Two of
the systems lose all network connectivity.

Here's the cure and a description of why this happens. Microsoft
understands that this isn't the experience the user wants, and I hope we'll
see some improvement in this behavior.
