The Firefox page on the Mozilla site still list 1.5.0.1

This site list a different version:

http://www.freewarefiles.com/program_5_51_7277.html

Is this new version?

No. The link from freewarefiles.com to mozilla.com's installer is to
a tinderbox build,
<http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla....8.0/firefox-1.5.0.2.en-US.win32.installer.exe>.
Tinderbox builds are testing builds for developers who can't wait for
the next nightly build.

When there's an official release of 1.5.0.2, it will show up on the
mozilla.com website and in their ftp directory for releases, at
<ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/1.5.0.2/>.
The ftp address is load-balanced; they wait for releases to propagate
to all of the servers before they make the announcement, so sometimes
you can start downloading before the announcement is made.

The 1.5.0.2 release should be soon now, and it's possible it will turn
out to be the same as that tinderbox build, but there's no guarantee
of that. If you've already got the tinderbox build, I'd wait for the
1.5.0.2 release and compare the md5s before installing.
