Fingerprint Reader

I have a Toshiba Tecra A7-S612 with Windows XP. I was getting an error that a
USB device wasn't working properly, then my fingerprint reader (which is
built into the laptop) stopped working. It now gives an error saying that no
drivers are installed. How do I correct this?
 
Try toshibas web site,download the drivers/software for fingerprint.For usb,
go to the boards chip set mfg web site,if intel,downloads,chipset,software,
get the installation utility...
