Find all new patches

I just re-installed my windows 2000 +sp4 at one PC without internet
connection. I think I need to apply lots of new patches after that. Is it a
way to find all the new patches after sp4 or a certain day so that I can
download them from another machine and apply them to this one.

Install these, restart, then connect to Windows update to get the rest.
