File size >2GB under FAT32 or NTFS

Hello!

I would like to ask you, is it possible to create a file, that is
bigger, then 2GB under Windows2000, using FAT32 or NTFS file system?
My problem is, i would like to create a 2.6GB DVD image.
I tryed to mount the FAT32 partition under Linux, but i can't go over 2GB.
Now i can't decide, whether this is a problem in Linux, FAT32...
