File server performance issue

Hi,

I have just moved 50 GB of information from a number of
smaller Windows NT 4.0 Servers SP6 to a large file server
running Windows 2000 Server SP4. I copied the files over
using robocopy and everything seemed to go alright. I
have roughly 160 users and all can access the information
that has been moved over. However, many users are
complaining of slow performance on the new server.
Processor utilization is less than 3% with plenty of RAM.
Did I miss something in moving the files over from NT 4.0
to 2000?

What is your average CPU Run Queue length, and average
context switches? Also, check out your Avg. Disk Queue
Length, and sec/transfer, as well as you NIC % bandwidth
used? Finally check out your page reads/sec as well.
