Updating Print Drivers on NT 4 Server for Win2k clients

We have Windows 2000 workstations hooking into a Windows NT 4.0 SP6A file
and print server.

Users can get NT 4.0 Print Drivers by double clicking on the printer in
explorer.

I would like to be able to update every printer driver on the server with
the Windows 2000 Microsoft Print Drivers but have not been able to figure
out how. I tried updating the drivers by pointing to the Windows 2000 i386
folder but with no luck.

I have been able to update some with the latest HP drivers on the server.

How can I update the server with MS Print Drivers?
