How to retain File permission after moving from NT server

I have a NT server 4 Domain controller, I have another win 2k server which
is confirgure as a member server of this NT 4.0 Domain.

If I intend to move all the folder and file that is on my NT server 4 d:
drive NTFS partition to My win 2k memeber server D drive NTFS partition

What is the right way I should do to preserve all the file sharing and NTFS
security permission.
