* Then the icon source may have been moved or deleted. Open windows explorer
and Go to
Tools -> Folder Options -> File types.
* Select that filetype with missing icon.
* Click the Advanced button
* Click the Change Icon button and locate the fil that contains you want the
filetype to have.
Typical files are those with exe, dll, ico and icl extension. I prefer
Gconvert when loking for icons http://www.gdgsoft.com/gconvert/index.aspx
