file drop problems

I was organizing some of my files, and I created a new folder, named it, and
dropped the files in that new folder. Now, when I try to open the file it
says user is denied, or i dont have "a suitable graphics importer". I tried a
system restor but it did nothing. I dont know what happened to them?
