File downloads in IE

I have unchecked the box in the file download dialog that
says "Always ask before opening this kind of file" for
Excel files. How do I turn that function back on so that
is prompts with "Open, Save, Cancel..." buttons and does
not automatically open that file type.

Access folder options Dave. Then File Types>scroll down to excel
file(s)>select>edit (or advanced in XP)> place checkmark in box "confirm
open after download">OK>OK Out.
