IE won't prompt for download

Hello, I have got IE7 in Vista...for some reason my IE stopped asking me
where to save files....before whenver I clicked on an EXE or zip or whatever
it would prompt me to ask where to save...now it just automatically downloads
it to the temp folder and then it opens it. Please help. Thanks
