No prompt for download location

Since the new SP2, when trying to download a file - .zip
or .exe for example - I'd get a little window that
said "this file type might be dangerous if not from a
trusted site etc." and gave three buttons: run, save and
cancel.
Unfortunatley there was a checkbox option saying
something like "don't ask me this in the future". I
accidentally checked it when downloading a .zip file, and
now when I try and download .zip files, it dosen't prompt
me at all for where to put the file on my computer, like
it always used to. Now it just automaticly starts the
download and puts the file in someplace called "Temporary
Folder"
I tried using the "restore defaults" options on the
Internet options window, unfortunatley the problem stayed
exactly the same.
Can someone please help me fix it so it goes back to
normal and asks me where I want to store the file on my
computer when downloading?

You set this for each file type, e.g. for .zip
Explorer-View-Folder Options-File Types
Find the .zip association (may be WinZip File)
Edit, (or click Advanced on ME or XP) and check the "Confirm open
after download" box

The path to Folder Options may vary according to your operating
system. It may be:
Explorer-View-Folder Options
Explorer-Tools-Folder Options
Start-Settings-Folder Options
Start-Settings-Control Panel-Folder options.
