I tried removing a trialware product called Alpha.zip only to find that it
wont uninstall....I tried removing the Alpha.zip file by deleting it and
deleting files from its main file ,yet everytime i attempt to delete it my
comp freezes then crashes to desktop!!!! Why cant i delete this file? How
can i get this off MY hardrive?

Try deleting the file when in Safe Mode

1.) Restart the computer.
2.) Some computers have a progress bar that refers to the word BIOS. Others
may not let you know what is happening.
3. As soon as the BIOS loads, begin tapping the F8 key on your keyboard. Do
so until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears.
4.) If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a
"keyboard error" message. If this happens, restart the computer and try
again.
5.) Using the arrow keys on the keyboard, select Safe mode and then press
Enter.

If you have a System restore point antedating the installation, it should
remove the whole thing.
