File Deletion Monitor

I have built a file monitor programs that monitors both files and folders on
a network drive. However I can not figure out a way to caputure the person's
logon id or computer name when they delete a file on the network. Can Anyone
Help?
 
Possibly the EventLog class in the System.Diagnostics namespace might be of use.
