ffine file Synchronization

I redirected the MY Documents folder to a network drive and then set
up offine file Synchronization on the MY Documents folder to a network
share, During the synch, we lost connectivity to the server and when
I went back to the network share there were folders missing. I went
back to the computer and then to the folder MY Recent Documents and I
see the missings folders in there but I cannot access those folders,
is there a way to access these missing folders?

Try taking ownership of the folders. The instructions are found in
Windows Help and support under "Take Ownership of a file or folder"
