With some DSL connections you can obtain a DSL line filter suitable for
connecting a standard analog voice line to the DSL line and can then connect
an analog fax modem to that line.
there are several web sites supplying email to fax service at varying rates,
some of them are as cheap as phone calls (depending where you are) this of
course will work over your dsl connection, but has nothing to do with xp fax
