I purchased a new computer with windows xp home edition
preinstalled. The computer did not come with xp disks,
only the recovery disks. How does one set up faxing
without the disks that it prompts you for during the
setup process - short of having to purchase the operating
system again.
 
You can't. Your OEM should have supplied you with the installation disk.
Your only recourse is with them.
