Can I send and receive faxes when I only have a broadband
conection?
If so what programe should I use?

O/S = XP Pro
 
The answer is yes if you have a data/fax modem in your PC in addition to
your Ethernet card. I just installed a v.92 data/fax modem in my XP Pro box
and plugged it into a phone jack. It took about 10 minutes. The modem was
free after rebates.
