what code do i put in front of the fax number for a fax to Swansea, Wales, UK?
 
The usual format for dialing an international phone number from the United
States is to dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number. Swansea,
Wales, UK, would be 011 + 44 + 1792 + phone number.
