Faxing multiple pages

I am trying to fax a number of pages.

I have XP and a Epson CX6400 which has software that allows you to copy to
Fax. After scanning the first page it opens the Fax wizard automatically and
wants to send that page only. I want to sent many pages. I cannot see a way
to attach scanned/saved pages in the Fax console either. Can anyone help?

Scan and save each page. Using a word processor drag each page to it and
enter a new page command after each one. Now send the entire document. The
XP fax can only send a single document which can be one or more pages.

Scan to an application such as a word processor, graphics program or
Adobe Acrobat. Once you have all the pages, send them from the
application. Scanning to Fax is the same as Copy which sends each
page to the printer as it is created. If you use a word processor,
turn off OCR or the document will be converted to text which usually
has a lot of errors which have to be manually edited.

Adding a little to Earl's comments, if you have Microsoft Office or one of
the Office products, Microsoft Office Document Imaging (MODI) comes with it
and it will allow you to combine multiple pages into a single document quite
handily; I've done this a number of times with good results.
