Faxes wont send

I had to re-install XP Professional on my computer and
now I cant send faxes. I have configured everything
properly I believe and I can recieve faxes. When I try to
send them they just go into the outbox and when I re-send
the X appears showing me that the fax has failed.
Any suggestions
 
I also have this problem but I have not yet been able to solve it.
