I set up the Fax Service on the SBS Server side 2000. The question is,
how can set up the Fax Service on the Client Side. Please keep in mind that
all of the client computer have their individual modem integrated within
their laptop.

On a second note, when I receive a fax... How can I notify each client on
delivery of the fax.. (email, etc..)

Your requirements are not very clear,

What is your client OS configuration.

If you have a SBS Server with fax service, you dont need modems at client
side. All the clients can connect to the SBS server and send fax using that.
This is similar to having one network printer and all machines use that to
print.

Setting up the client
Once fax service is installed at SBS, a fax printer will be added to
that machine. Clients has to add that remote printer which will be shared
with the name \\{SBSMachinName}\Fax and can fax by printing document to
that fax printer.
