Fax through Exchange 2000

The 'SendObject' command from Access 2002 tries to send a
fax through Outlook but Outlook can't seem to make the
proper connection to Exchange. Exchange is an account in
Outlook. THe error message in the undeliverable message:
Could not find an account to send this message.
Our OS is windows 2k server edition with sp3, exchange is
5.5.
The printer is set for Exchange server.
Any help?
