'Microsoft Exchange Server - Sending and Receiving' reported error

I've been using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 for a couple days and today
Outlook has been unable to connect to Exchange 2003. I've checked system
logs on both my workstation and the server and I've been unable to determine
what is wrong. I am able to access the my Exchange mailbox with OWA and not
encounter any problems. I get the following message withing Outlook 2003:
'Microsoft Exchange Server - Sending and Receiving' reported error
(0x8004011D): 'The server is not available. Contact your administrator if
this condition persists.'

How do I determine what my problem is, where should I look?
