Fax server information cannot be retrieved

I had XP Home Edition, I coudl send fax fine. Then I upgraded to XP
Professional SP2 and while trying to send a fax, I had the following error
message titled "send Fax Wizard": "Fax server information cannot be
retrieved. The Fax wizard will close now." So I uninstalled Fax Services and
when I try to reinstall it, it says: "Copy Error" "Setup cannot copy the file
fxswzrd.dl_. Ensure that the disk labeled 'Windows XP Profesional Service
Pack 2 CD' is in the drive selected below, or provide the location where the
file can be found." and this file is on the XP CD!
Can you help to solve this installation problem?

an unsupported workaround that I can provide offline for use at your own
risk if you provide a valid email address and can accept zip files as

I tried the hotfix and I rebuilt the corrupted security database and I still
have the same problem. Can you send me the unsupported workaround please?
