Fax Printer

Ray Morin

Cannot get fax printer to work even though it seems to
install OK. Can receive faxes OK. Using XP Pro. Fax
printer status reports "Connection Error". Using PCTel
56k modem which is HCL approved. Thanks for help.
 
Hewlett Packard hp psc 2110. How could this affect the
Fax printer?

Are you using a local fax printer or are you connecting to a remote one?
If you are using a remote printer check if you have appropriate permissions.
You could also look at the event log on yoir machine for more details on
what is going wrong.
