FAX/NORTONS FIREWALL

A few days back I posted a problem I was having with the
fax not ringing on my computer, I narrowed the problem
down to Nortons Firewall. I have found out that I had to
disable Nortons to load on start up and activate it after
Windows boots up, now Fax works good. Does anyone know
how to load both programs at boot up and it work
correctly?
