Fax going to Email instead of fax

I set up Outlook 2000 with Windows XP to send faxes via
my modem and it worked fine. It would pop up a window and
ask for a phone number when I hit send and that was OK.
Now for some reason it is just sending everything by
email and I can't get it to fax anymore. Anyone have any
idea what's going on?
 
Only if you post your mail support mode, which fax software you are using,
and how it is integrated with Outlook.
