FAX CONSOLE: Mail DLL is invalid

We have our MS server setup to manage our faxes for us. For a while it was working smoothly and would email us whenever a fax was recieved. Recently, when we try to get the Fax Console to email us the recieved faxes, we've recieved the error

FAX CONSOLE Mail system DLL is invalid

I could find very little on the internet related to this problem. It appears we may have replaced a certain DLL (MAPI32.DLL) when installing outlook 2003 that doesn't include the necessary code

How do we fix the problem
