Favorites Window

I have an application that uses IE6. When I open another
IE window and then open my Favorites window on the left it
also opens it in the other window. How can I make the
favorites only open and affect the current window? Can I
lock the favorites for one window and not the other?
Which ever browser I close first, that's the way it comes
up the next time. Thanks

Always toggle Favorites off before you close an IE window.
E.g. press Ctrl-i
