Favorites folder

Im trying to move my favorites folders fron win 98 over to
my win xp machine using windows explorer.I cant find the
favorites folder in xp!!

C:\documents and settings\user\favorites
where user is an account name on
your computer.

Log into the user you want to have the files.
Open Internet Explorer.
Click the Favorites menu.
Hold down the SHIFT key while clicking "Organize Favorites"
from the menu.
