Favorite Folders list

Folders in my Favorites Folders pane are removed ebery time I restart. How is
this prevented? Is it related to a VXDIF.DLL error at restart?

What gives you the error? Outlook, Windows, other application? The dll is
from an application/driver from;

As for your Outlook issue; start Outlook with the /resetnavpane switch and
try again.

it's related to a corrupt profile. Try deleting the xml and fav files and if
that fails, make a new profile.
