Saving Favorite Folder Structure

I like to keep the folders I am currently working with in the Favorite Folder
part of the Navigation Pane. They are organized in catagories for ease of
locating. If my computer losses power or is shut off or turned off the
structure of the Favorite Folder is lost. Is there any way to "save the
structure" so I don't have to spend time reorganizing it? Please help.
