FAULTY SEARCH FEATURE

Hello
I'm having trouble getting the "SEARCH" feature to start up (the search
between "Help and Support", and "Run". I've researched as many topics that
I can
think of ... Kelly's Korner and others.
I've tried shutting down and starting back up, but it still won't work.
Any one have any ideas to this situation?

Thanks for your response and advice. Nothing happens ... no error messages,
no activity at all. I can go to "Help and Support". and it connects and opens
with no problem. It's puzzling and I have tried over and over with many
attempts

Have you used the Google Desktop Search ?

I have the same problem

The Search function works under the reduced mode (called sans échec in
French)

Hey Alain

You have "hit the nail on the head" .... Copernic is FANTASTIC ....
Now, I'm glad that crappy msn "search" went out.
I am amazed at the capabilities it has.
I would have posted back sooner, but company came by ... I let it read
through the drive, and when I got back to the pc, it was there ready and able.
