I am recieving the following errorin the event logs on my win2k terminal
server

Yes, uninstall the HP Printer driver!

OAER: Error Message When You Try to Change Printer Properties from
Office Program

This is one of many problems with 3rd party printer drivers, which
are not TS compatible: they often crash your application, your
print spooler, or your server.

Use *only* native printer drivers on a terminal Server, and map
all other printer to a native driver. Instructions here:
