Fault bucket 34370699.

Windows XP Pro SP3, Intel Core 2 Dup e7400 A2800GHZ, 4 Gig ram. ATI
Radeon 4670 video card.

While playing some games, mainly EAs Need for Speed Underground 2, the game
crashes back to the Windows desktop. Checking event viewer, I get the red
error icon. Double clicking on the icon provides the fault bucket 34370699
error, but nothing else. I can't get the game to play very much due to the
same errors causing the games to constantly crash.

The system is up to date with all available updates from Microsoft update.
I have already uninstalled the games, updated to the latest Direct X 9 and
updated all of my hardware drivers then nreinstalled the problem games with
the same result. Checking the gaming sites I find nothing at all that comes
close to the error listed.

Any ideas?

Is there another error report at the same time? If so please post a
copy.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer. When researching the meaning
of the error, information regarding Event ID, Source and Description
are important.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.
