fatal system error!!

after installing and cleaning some malicious spyware off of
a relative's computer, i rebooted the system only to come
up with a blue screen stating the following:

"STOP: c000021a {FATAL SYSTEM ERROR}
The Windows Logon Process System Process Terminated
Unexpectedly With A Status Os 0x00000080(0x00000000
0x00000000)
The System Has Been Shut Down"

Has anyone seen this happen anywhere else, and can anyone
help me to get windows booted again so i can roll back the
changes or whatnot...thank you very much

fyi:have tried to boot into safe mode and still no dice,
blue screen lives
