Fatal System Error

I turned my computer off during a restore and when I
turned the system back on I got the following message

Stop: c000021a (fatal system error)
The windows logon process system process terminated
unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000080 (0x00000000
0x00000000)
The system has been shut down...

What do I do?
