Fatal Exception

I am running Windows 98SE and get the following message
when I shut down.

"A fatal exception 0E has occured at 0028:C02A1948 in VXD
VWIN32(05) + 000012D0. Can I fix this myself?

Try running SFC /SCANNOW
(have your install disk handy)
