burning to cd rom

When I try to burn a cd I get this message:- A FATAL
EXCEPTION 0E HAS OCCURRED AT 0028:C003C3B6 IN VXD IOS(01)
+0000146E
Dose anyone know what this means???????????
 
What program are you using to write this CD? You may need to update the
software. Without more information, I can't help too much :)
