Fatal Exception 0E at 017F:BFF9DFFF

hi,

i encountered the error message "Fatal Exception 0E at
017F:BFF9DFFF" when opening my Excel 2000 program, then
the PC hang, and i have re-start the PC.

i have tried re-installing the Excel 2000 again, but the
same problem still occurs.

This error is related to video driver error in Excel as I have found.
The error manifests itself if Excel zoom setting is not 100%, and I have
found that the error can be controlled by reinstalled the video driver.
This on Win9x.
