Fatal Error

Can anyone tell me how to fix this:

Stop Error: C000021A

The other part is: f 0x00000080

I'm not too familiar with how the OS run but I need to fix it. The computer
pretty much goes straight to this error. I can't boot to LKG or Safe Mode.
